All patient visits are by appointment only. Appointments may be made by calling (513) 424-0122 during office hours. Physical exams and routine appointments should be scheduled several weeks in advance. Medical problems that occur suddenly can usually be seen the same day if scheduled early in the day.

Adequate time is necessary for each scheduled appointment. This allows time not only to diagnose and treat the problem, but to explain this to you and answer all your questions. To accomplish this, it is necessary for you to give complete information to the receptionist. The receptionist is trained to receive this information so that effective scheduling will take place. Multiple problems or multiple family members require extra appointment times to allow for proper scheduling.

Please arrive for your appointment on time. We, as providers, are very conscious of how valuable your time is, and we will do all we can to insure your appointments are kept on time. Occasionally, however; situations arise that cause unavoidable delays. True emergencies take priority over existing appointments and will be handled accordingly. When delays occur, you will be notified if at all possible.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible so that other patients may be scheduled. Our providers will maintain our own patients and try to see you faithfully and in a timely fashion. All routine checkups will be scheduled with your provider, but if one of us is unavailable, the others will be available to you.

Appointment requests can also be made online using the Patient Portal.

Appointments
We realize that illness occurs 24 hours a day and that problems of an urgent or emergency nature occur outside regular office hours. In this situation, please call the office and your call will be forwarded to the physician on call. As we're sure you do, we enjoy our free time at home with our families. Nonetheless, we are available 24 hours a day.

If an emergency occurs during office hours requiring immediate treatment, please call our office for instructions. In many instances, you will be directed to the office, saving yourself the expense of an emergency room visit.

If the problem is life threatening, go immediately to the hospital emergency room. The emergency room will then contact us.
